Actually to be more precise the world is going to be blown up to make way for an intergalactic highway in May 2005 :-)
THGTTG is coming FINALLY to the big screen and I can't wait, I have seen production stills, the cast and concept art and I think that this one will do justice to the greatness that is The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. The only bummer I know of with this movie is that DA was not around to see it come out.
And I think it is better not to mention that other space/sci-fi movie that is coming out the same month.

It probably IS better not to mention it... you don't want that throbbing vein that pops out of your brother's forehead every time someone mentions... well... (GL)... to finally burst.
How would you know if there was a vein or not? You haven't seen me in like 10 years or so.
